MyFileFixer operates on a simple, transparent Credit System. You only pay for successful repairs, ensuring you never waste money on unrecoverable files.

How Credits Work

1 Credit = 1 File Repair

• Free Scans: Scanning a file to see if it can be repaired is always 100% free.
• Preview First: You can preview the recoverable data (like viewing extracted images from a ZIP, or the first page of a Word document) before spending a credit.
• Pay to Download: A credit is only deducted when you choose to download the fully repaired file.

Refund Policy

Because you can preview files before spending a credit, we generally do not offer refunds on spent credits. However, if a downloaded file appears repaired in the preview but is unusable upon download, please contact our support team within 14 days for a full credit refund.
